TOS

Here is my TOS (terms of service). Please make sure to read it before commissioning me! For any questions, feel free to contact me at any time.|. Timeline and Scope of Work
o Commission process goes as follows: sketch revision - lineart + base color revision - final piece revision - sending the full commission.
o Once the sketch has been approved, major changes to the design will not be allowed.
o Completion times vary, but if I'm not done in 3 months a full refund will be issued.
o Deadlines are allowed. If they are very tight, they will suppose a price increment of 20 % of the full price.II. Payment
o I require full payment before I start working on the piece.
o Refunds will be allowed, and will be as follows:
-Not started: Full price
-Sketch: 75% refund
-Lineart: 50 % refund
-Not available to finish due to health issues: Full refund.
No refunds once the piece is finished.lll. Revisions
o Revisions are allowed, but big changes when I started coloring will suppose an increment of price.IV. Copyright and Reproduction
The artist reserves the right to:
- Include the commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/pages, commission sheets, etc. Unless stated not to do so in the commission form.
- Claim the commissioned piece as their own work.
- You are not allowed to use my artwork, even if commissioned to train or use AI with or nor NFT.
